Returns and physical goods

Global Church of Georgia, Inc. is a nonprofit religious organization and does not currently sell or ship physical goods through this website. Therefore, a merchandise return or shipping process does not apply. If merchandise is offered at a future church event, the applicable return terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Donation refunds and disputes

Charitable donations are generally final and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, duplicated, entered for the wrong amount, or appears unauthorized, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed individually, and we may ask for the donor’s name, donation date, amount, receipt, and payment method details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times are controlled in part by the payment provider and financial institution.

Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we can review the transaction and try to resolve the concern promptly. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.

Recurring donation cancellation

A recurring donation may be canceled through the giving provider’s donor portal or by contacting us. Please submit a cancellation request before the next scheduled donation. We will make reasonable efforts to stop future charges, but a payment already submitted for processing may not be reversible. Canceling a recurring gift does not automatically refund earlier donations.

Programs and event registrations

If a church program or event requires payment, its specific cancellation and refund terms will be shown during registration. Unless stated otherwise, contact us before the event begins. Donations designated for a ministry or outreach purpose remain subject to the donation policy above and may be redirected when a designated need has been fully funded or can no longer be carried out, consistent with applicable nonprofit requirements.

Legal and export restrictions

The church does not sell controlled products or export goods through this website. Visitors and donors are responsible for complying with laws applicable in their location. We may decline or return a transaction when required by law, payment-provider rules, fraud-prevention requirements, sanctions, or other legal restrictions.

Promotions and special offers

Global Church does not currently advertise a standing commercial promotion on this website. If a fundraising campaign, event offer, matching-gift campaign, discount, giveaway, or other promotion is offered, its eligibility, dates, limitations, and any additional terms will be clearly disclosed with that promotion. Promotions may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
